Companion

Have you had that hand,
that reach out to you,
when you lay there grovelling,
stripped of all hope,

that hand that gave you strength,
when you have nothing left,
when you couldnt move an inch
yet you reach him with your hand,

and all you did was reach out,
with all your heart and soul,
throwing away all your pride,
admitting your hopelessness,

never could you imagine,
the sensation that you will felt,
the weary all swept away,
the hopelessness became hopeful,

you never let go of that hand,
because it has become your energy,
your every commitment and strength,
you surge ahead never looking back,

thus grab hold of that hand,
when it comes offering help,
being stubborn will not help you,
human afterall are weak in solitary,
for that hand is your companion,
today and forever till eternity.
