As he stare into monitor,
his life was in motion,
click, click, click
that’s all was heard,

the clock says slumber,
but the man is an insomnia,
though he is on diet,
the tummy gave up his desire.

a rumbling sound was heard,
echoing the quiet hallway,
as the man scurry to the fridge,
grab a piece of snack he did.

as he chewed off the snack away,
a though came his mind,
no matter the mighty or the weak,
they all succumb to the most basic need,
a simple need called Hunger.
